Discover answers to the most common questions about our disability support services and how we can make a positive difference for your family.
How do you go about helping young adults with disabilities?
What is your philosophy or approach to disability support?
Our philosophy and approach to disability support revolve around the core values of kindness, compassion, safety, creativity, inclusivity, independence, empowerment, and equality. At our company, we believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where every young adult with disabilities can thrive. We approach our support services with kindness and compassion, understanding that each participant has unique needs and preferences. We strive to foster creativity in our programs, allowing participants to explore their interests and passions. Our aim is to provide holistic support beyond care, focusing on personal growth, independence, inclusivity, empowerment, and our participants' overall well-being and equality.
Is it safer and a better choice to pick an NDIS-registered provider?
What are the benefits of using a registered NDIS provider?
When the NDIS has endorsed a company, it means they have high service and safety standards. NDIS-registered providers have applied to the NDIA and have met their strict quality and safety standards to achieve accreditation.
For an organisation to be approved, they need to:
have an in-house complaints management and resolution system and support participants who need to make a complaint,
have an in-house incident management system and notify the NDIS Commission of reportable incidents,
make sure all workers are screened through a new national worker screening process,
meet new behaviour support requirements (if applicable), including reporting restrictive practices to the NDIS Commission.
